Devoteam launches the first ServiceNow Training program of 2022

With the beginning of the new year, the Czech branch of the French company Devoteam started recruiting for the next edition of their training program for the cloud platform ServiceNow, granting new hires a chance to break into the world of IT consulting.

Devoteam has previously organized the course in 2020 and 2021. This year, it will be held a total of four times – in March, June, September, and November. The training program is aimed at gaining a deep enough understanding of ServiceNow to receive certification; its members will be taught to work with the platform under the watchful eye of skilled experts: Jakub Luptovec, Jan Braniš, and Tomáš Sýkora.

After two weeks of intensive learning and a subsequent week of self-study, the program concludes with an exam, the successful completion of which results in the alumnus receiving a CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification. However, the participant will become a Devoteam employee right at the beginning of the entire training. While the course will be held in Prague, its graduates can also choose to work as consultants in Ostrava or Bratislava.

ServiceNow is a world leader in cloud computing solutions for companies, automizing and simplifying their day-to-day operations. Devoteam maintains a long and close partnership with the American firm and has ambitious plans to become its largest partner within the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) region by 2024.

Zuzana Cmuntová, Devoteam HR Manager, commented on the program’s launch: “Thanks to our great cooperation with ServiceNow, we managed to train our own coaches after the pilot program and therefore multiply the training course. After each run, we actively worked with the feedback we received from alumni and created a training plan, which will prepare the attendees not just for technical work with ServiceNow but also for the job of a consultant. We select program participants very carefully and improve our success rate as a result. It’s not just the necessary professional qualifications we look out for, but we also gauge the candidate’s personality – after all, they are entering a company in which the drive for continuous learning and passion for the work come first.”
