Devoteam ICE, together with sIT Solutions Austria, IT provider Erste Bank and Sparkasse, and ServiceNow, celebrated the successful implementation of the ServiceNow self-service portal for the area of request fulfillment and asset management. A new solution resulted in consolidation, a significant simplification, and automatization of internal IT processes. Representatives of the three companies met in Vienna at a traditional Go-Live Cake Ceremony in February 2020.
One of the nice traditions with ServiceNow is to organize a Cake Ceremony with both client and partner to celebrate the successful finalization of the project. It was an honor for Devoteam ICE to slice the cake with sIT Solutions Austria, IT provider Erste Bank and Sparkasse and ServiceNow in Vienna. During the ceremony, three parties commemorated the development and key moments of cooperation.
The project of a new self-service portal has started as an initiative to improve planned changes in the field of IT Service Management. Over time, the initial conversations with Devoteam ICE became strategic. Thanks to the platform’s benefits the project turned into a key one involving the widespread implementation of the ServiceNow platform and its ITSM module, resulting in the complete replacement of the original enterprise ITSM solution, which is currently ongoing.
Devoteam ICE has successfully implemented ServiceNow. As Devoteam is known for implementing technology while strongly focused on people in the process, an important part of the service package provided was knowledge sharing and training for the client’s internal IT team. Thanks to the personal approach of the consultants, reflected in the organization of numerous workshops, the users of the platform could get familiar with its functionality, management, and especially key benefits. Today, employees can use the applied solution to the maximum potential.
