What a great Sunday morning we had at Devoteam! It was all about learning, mentorship, and the sheer joy of sharing knowledge.
We were happy to open our doors and provide our office space for the suHR Speed Mentoring event. We hosted 30 bright minds from the suHR Starter and Advanced Academies, and they teamed up with 17 experienced mentors for an inspiring in-person mentoring session.
The Academy for HR Managers participants took the stage, proudly showcasing what has been working for them and generously sharing their valuable experiences. And the learning didn’t stop there. Our students from the Data-driven HR Academy participated in an engaging workshop all about data. They dove deep into the ‘whys’ and ‘hows’ of leveraging data in the world of recruitment.
A special shoutout goes to Zuzana Cmuntová, our HR Manager, who not only hosted the event but also played a pivotal role as one of the mentors.
