Devoteam and ServiceNow recently hosted a successful “CMDB Done Right” interactive workshop in Vienna, Austria. The workshop, held on October 10th, 2024, was attended by a full room of IT professionals eager to learn how to optimize their Configuration Management Databases (CMDBs).
Attendees worked with Devoteam and ServiceNow experts to analyze and refine their configuration management strategies. Using the ServiceNow ITOM suite, participants were guided through the process of simplifying IT operations with powerful automation features.
